Yes, we have a $10.95 per day, per vehicle flat rate for parking. Effective January 1, 2025, this will be $11.95 per day, per vehicle, as a flat rate.
It depends on the rate you booked. For non-refundable rates: full payment, no cancellation. For standard rates: it’s a 1-night deposit with 3 days to cancel. At year-end during peak travel, it’s a 50% deposit with a 30-day cancellation window. The policies specific to your reservation will be displayed before you book.
We love your four-legged friends but only service animals are allowed on property.
Rooms at Aston Kaanpali Shores are individually owned and rooms with accessible features are not available. We’re happy to add complimentary items for your comfort and convenience. This includes but is not limited to a raised toilet seat, grab bars, shower chair, handheld shower wand, etc. Just let us know what you need before you arrive or at the front desk upon check-in.

Our resort is uniquely operated as a family of individually owned condominiums. Because of that model, there are no connecting or adjoining rooms available, but we do have one- and two-bedroom suites that accommodate up to 6 guests.

No, but you’re welcome to book our Daily Breakfast Package which includes one breakfast entrée and a non-alcoholic beverage per guest, per day at The Beach Club Restaurant & Bar. Some restrictions may apply. Use promo code: BREAKFAST. You can also add on breakfast to your booking.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee. Housekeeping services take place between 9:30 am and 4:00 pm every day.

Yes, there is a safe in each room and we recommend you keep your valuables stored there. If you fail to use the in-room safe, you assume full responsibility for the loss of valuables sustained by you as a result of theft or otherwise unless the loss is due to negligence or fault of the hotel. A complete copy of the applicable law is posted behind the guest room door and is also available at the Front Desk.
