Get Cultured

Honor Pacific Island heritage by learning hula or ukulele. Traditions that transcend time, these enriching experiences will remain with you beyond your stay on the islands.

Tuesdays: 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. & Fridays: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Craft Fair

Guests of Aston Kaanapali Shores can shop our cultural arts and crafts fair, featuring handmade goods by local crafters, artisans, and purveyors. Discover treasured gems and bring back a piece of Hawaii home with you for your collection of keepsakes. Or gift an artisanal find to your friends and family and show them they were here with you in spirit.

Thursdays: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Hawaiian Weaving

Learn how to weave palm fronds in the traditional Hawaiian style. Get creative and make baskets, hats, head ornaments or lei with this versatile material.

Wednesdays: 9 a.m., register in advance at the front desk.

Make Your Own Lei

Partake in the tradition of lei making that symbolizes the true meaning of aloha—friendship, love, and greetings.

Fridays: 9 a.m., register in advance at the front desk, fee applies.

Live Music

Relax with a refreshing drink while enjoying live music at The Beach Club Restaurant & Bar at Aston Kaanapali Shores.

Wednesdays: 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Fridays: 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Shop Local

Showcasing local designers and products, on-site boutique Swell Life Shop offers a curated selection of island-inspired apparel, unique jewelry, and delightful treasures. Find a new vacation outfit and take home special gifts for your loved ones.

Monday-Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Scuba Lessons

Dive into adventure with complimentary scuba lessons at the oceanfront pool.

Daily: 8 a.m. to 9 a.m.

Registration is required 24 hours in advance at the front desk.
